1. No Refunds on Opened Products
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for opened, used, or partially consumed items. This ensures product integrity and safety for all customers.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will either:
- Resend the correct item at no extra charge, or
- Issue a store credit/refund, depending on your preference.
3. Lost or Missing Packages
We ship all orders with tracking numbers. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors, your household, or your local courier. If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
4. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Discretion & Customer Care
All replacements and refunds are handled discreetly and confidentially, just like our packaging and deliveries.
